2. Refunds

• A duplicate transaction was charged due to a technical error.

Refund requests must be submitted to our customer support with the order number and relevant details.

Once a digital voucher, code, or top-up has been successfully delivered and/or redeemed, it is not eligible for a refund.

When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate. Digital products or top-up services once delivered may not be refundable unless required by law or due to a verified technical issue.
